The syllabus allows students to learn functions of various body parts including sense organs, locate body parts in the pictures, solve puzzles, identify one’s own and other’s feelings, caring for their body parts, caring for pets, understand importance of food, difference between healthy and junk food, learn different food habits, sources of water, water purification techniques, reuse of water, etc.
In Computer Studies, the ICSE syllabus focuses on what makes computer an electronic device, role of computers in teaching and learning process, impact of computers, input and out devices and their functions, various key combinations on a keyboard and how to apply punctuations using a keyboard, application of mouse, using paint software, how to save a file, etc.
In Arts Education, the syllabus focuses on clay modelling, draw and paint different sizes, shapes and label them, draw different trees, plants, buildings and other objects, etc.
